Clean hotel in a very nice boutique building adjacent to buses, Kukulcan Plaza Mall, Soriana Supermercado and La Isla Cancún Shopping Village. Plenty of options, fantastic food. Great location for our visit to La Isla Shopping Village not very far from the property.

Simply no complaints, fine stay. What a lively staff! Huge and reasonably large units with the bathroom and the attached photos, for example. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

The location was stunning and incredible, asleep to sound of the ocean, convenient to go everywhere. There was café Starbucks, that I found within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel. I loved rooms for cheap furniture.

It was surely a relaxing stay on vacation. We stayed in a twin/double room for cheap furniture. The staff was incredible, always there to help. The location was gorgeous and great, at a medium distance from a sand beach. This hotel was in a secure area.

The place was clean, I booked the twin/double room with views of garden, everything was good. The staff was lively, as for 4-stars hotel. I greatly enjoyed this relaxing venue, it did not disappoint.

We had an incredible time here! The hotel had a clean, beachfront location with amazing on-site facilities. Transportation was easy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options.

Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable; also quiet and relaxing. We chose the hotel because our flight to Cancun had been changed and we arrived a day earlier than our originally booked resort. This hotel offered a late checkout of 4 P.M. (through Booked.net) which allowed us to rest and relax before checking in to our original resort, and although we are very happy with our accommodations here, our night at Casa far exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the jacuzzi on our deck and a quiet, undisturbed morning. Breakfast at the poolside restaurant was delicious, and our server paid attention to our every need. We felt very pampered and wished we could have stayed longer!

The airbuds stolen from my suitcase were promptly addressed by the manager on property. Despite no safe in the room, they took my report seriously and assured me they would handle the matter. The location of the hotel is great, away from the party zone and walking distance to great dining options. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views. I would recommend staying here, just be cautious of theft.

We (my wife and myself) had a great time at Casa Turquesa in Cancun. Outstanding personnel providing a dedicated and very friendly service. We found the room (king-size bed) clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi at balcony with seaview is something special. For those who look for more privacy and personalized attention, this under 30-room boutique hotel should considered as a better option as compared to the more known huge large-chain 5-star hotels in Cancun area.

The location was amazing to Hacienda Tequila restaurant in the luxury mall next door and the staff here was very-very nice. The rooms were newly decorated and reasonably large for cheap furniture and the beds were nice.
